J. Ariel Mendiola, President, PrimeSys Group

With 18 years of experience in the technology and payment industry, Mr. Mendiola leads the PrimeSys organization and its mission of providing the critical tools and guidance that large enterprises need to optimize their payments. Mr. Mendiola co-founded Paymetric in 1998 and held various senior management positions in its growth to becoming the leading SAP ePayments provider in the industry. Prior to Paymetric, Mr. Mendiola held a senior consulting position at SAP America, where he was instrumental in the planning and implementation of SAP ERP systems at more than 20 Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and high tech industries. Mr. Mendiola holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston.

Brett Walker, Executive Vice President, PrimeSys Group

With over 23 years of technology and consulting industry experience, Mr. Walker leads the PrimeSys technology architecture and business development organizations which provide blueprint, design, integration, and project management services to our customers. Mr. Walker co-founded Paymetric in 1998, serving as President until 2004. Mr. Walker also held key consulting, management, and project management positions with organizations including NASA, WorldCom and SAP. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Lamar University.

Jon Joslin, Vice President, Consulting Services

With over 20 years of experience in the technology and consulting industry, Mr. Joslin heads up the PrimeSys Professional Services organization. The organization provides payment integration, design and consulting engagements to enterprises worldwide. He brings a proven record in major consulting organizations and has driven initiatives to create and grow consulting organizations. Prior to PrimeSys, Mr. Joslin held key consulting management positions with industry leading software companies including Attachmate, NetIQ, PentaSafe Security Technologies, and Park City Group. His most recent experience includes leading the professional services organization for Paymetric. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
